Built from repurposed salvaged materials, Makers Mews is housed in a 300 year old barn, overlooking the River Erme and the original ‘Ivy’ bridge our town is named after. The town’s centre (and snack supply area), on our doorstep; with the breathing space of Longtimber Woods, a short stroll away.

Coworking
Putting creative work out into the world that ‘little old you’ has made, can be terrifying. Putting yourself in a room full of others, doing + experiencing the same rollercoaster, really helps.
Not only is there always someone here to bounce ideas around with, hold you accountable to your day’s goals, or folk to crowdsource advice from; we also have weekly get-togethers around the firepit to rant or rave about how work + life are going, sharing what’s new, what’s coming up + what’s going down.

Our 3 month minimum membership includes: a bespoke area to make your own, coded entry, CCTV, high speed wifi, tea + coffee supplies, a shared kitchenette + dining area, outside seating area with a fire pit, discounted event space; alongside personalised opportunities to promote + propel your business. -

Accessibility
Unfortunately, the coworking and hotdesking space is on the first floor, accessed by stairs, via uneven ground.
We’re hoping down the line we can add some ground floor units to our offering, and these will be prioritised to those with mobility needs.
